When I went vegetarian around ten years ago, I did it for the same reasons most people do (animal cruelty etc) but when I went vegan a few months back, I did it for a different reason all-together.
Forget all the militant vegan “your wrong for eating animal products” finger pointing smack talk, I don’t judge or have a problem with anyone who eats meat, dairy or any other animal product. But if you are someone who isn’t happy with the way they feel psychically, mentally, spiritually, I think you should check this book out. I cant believe how much the way I lived and my diet affected my whole life.
Don’t let the name fool you, this book isnt about fad diets or getting super skinny, its about all the shit you put in your body you have no fucking idea about. Its a way to live your life. You will probably find you have to make some pretty fucking radical changes in your life if you follow this book, but trust me, if you feel like a peice of shit, its worth it 150 percent.
